Firenze

The other day I spent my very first day in Italy by myself! After traveling several days with my friends, I took a trip alone so that I could explore this beautiful country at my own pace. I first walked around for about an hour, people-watching at the crowded tourist destination of Ponte Vecchio. Then after endless hills that I regretted climbing (at the time) I found the beautiful Bardini Gardens.

Lastly, of course I ended my day with gelato! Confession: I started my day with gelato too but I forgot to take a picture so I bought another one at the end of the day.
